Rune praised Djokovic’s performance versus Garin

Djokovic got off to a great start versus Garin, breaking the Chilean in the very first game of the match.

After losing the first two games of the match, Garin served out the third game to cut the deficit to 2-1. Then, Djokovic claimed back-to-back breaks and won the next four games to dominantly win the opener. After serving out the first game of the second set, Djokovic had a break point in the second game but just didn’t realize it.

However, not realizing a break point in the second game didn’t impact Djokovic, who claimed back-to-back breaks in the fourth and sixth games to complete a two-set victory over Chilean. After the match, Djokovic was visibly happy with his performance.
