Chelsea asking for £100m to sell two players in final days of transfer window

Chelsea are reportedly asking for £100m to sell two of their players this week as the transfer window winds down for the summer.

The next window will be much shorter and will not be until January, so clubs are trying to get some last minute deals over the line, and Chelsea are very much one of those clubs.

They have been open to selling a number of players all summer if their valuations are met, and it looks like they have set a valuation for a couple of players who are taking interest in these final moments of the window.

According to Ben Jacobs writing for Caught Offside, Chelsea want £100million to let Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah leave this week.

Gallagher has been a regular starter under Mauricio Pochettino and there will be a big surprise if he ends up leaving, but Chalobah does seem much more likely to go even though a £50m valuation for him seems very steep.
