The former Heavyweight champion warned his fans of attempted scams from one of his big brands
Back in early April, Mike Tyson’s ‘Hotboxin‘ podcast recorded its last episodes and the former boxer made the announcement via his social media. Several months after his announcement, there seem to be attempts at booking new guests to the show under the same brand and without Mike Tyson. This constituted as a fraud and Mike Tyson warned all of his followers of what’s happening. The way this fraud is being committed is through emails that are sent to a lot of people whose data has been breached. Tyson announced the issue and reminded everyone that ‘Hotboxin’ is no longer in production. Mainly, the ones who were attempted to be scammed were former guests.
Mike Tyson denies ‘Hot Boxin’ is still in production
Mike Tyson had one of the most popular podcasts in the world, he was one of the most thoughtful podcast hosts who didn’t mind getting a little vulnerable speaking with his guests. But Mike decided to end a brilliant and wildly successful 262-episode run that broke people’s hearts when he made the announcement. ‘Hotboxin’ remains as one of the most enjoyable podcasts in recent history and everybody hopes it returns with Mike Tyson as the host someday.
